Fixed a problem they created quickly and cheerfully When we got the car back from the completion of adding underspray coating we noticed that the engine cover had a hole in it from the car being incorre When we got the car back from the completion of adding underspray coating we noticed that the engine cover had a hole in it from the car being incorrectly put in the air. They apparently missed the hard point with the lift. The service manager quickly acknowledged the problem, and ordered the parts. they called when the parts arrived, and had a loaner car waiting for us when we arrived. They fixed the problem quickly and were apologetic about it happening in the first place. More
