Oil Change Decided to stop in to Daytona KIA to get an oil change on my 2018 KIA Sorento. I did not have an appointment. I drove up to the service area entrance Decided to stop in to Daytona KIA to get an oil change on my 2018 KIA Sorento. I did not have an appointment. I drove up to the service area entrance and was immediately greeted by a service rep who directed me to Randy Hecker (Service Advisor). I told Randy that I would like an oil change with Full Synthetic Oil and to check the vehicle over. Randy was professional, courteous and polite, he asked me if I wanted a courtesy wash and detail and I said yes. I was told it would be about 1 hour and 20 minutes. I waited in the customer waiting area which has free WIFI and refreshments. At 1 hour and 15 minutes my vehicle was ready, Randy went over the service details and escorted me out to my vehicle which was nice and clean, inside and out. I highly recommend Daytona KIA's Service department for anyone's KIA. More
