Tire install and alignment. Install 4 tires and alignment. Almost 3 hours, would probably have been more if I did not complain. Despite what the "book" says it should take a tech to do this job, I find it hard to believe that it takes 3 1/2 hours to install new tires on a vehicle (3 yrs. old). Now I see why the customers are kept in a waiting room where they cannot see the techs work. More
