Every interaction we have had at the dealership has been atrocious. For this particular interaction, the plastic casing on the underside of my vehicle was not properly Reattached after you all had to fix th atrocious. For this particular interaction, the plastic casing on the underside of my vehicle was not properly Reattached after you all had to fix the oil filter housing that was tightened too tightly after my last oil change. I am being told you want to charge Almost $200 because a bolt came loose from a piece that you did not properly reattach. Every time I bring my car in for service your dealership breaks it costing me time, energy and money. More
