Leased my vehicle here. Was told and promised my maintenance was included for the duration of my lease. Come to find at my 1st oil change “they forgot to add it” well I gues Was told and promised my maintenance was included for the duration of my lease. Come to find at my 1st oil change “they forgot to add it” well I guess it’s now on me due to your mistake which is wrong on your part. My son who is a service manager tried to call and talk to a sales manager and was hung up multiple times. After finally speaking with someone they said I was wrong and they offered me a lifetime warranty, which makes no sense at all since it’s a 3 lease. Due to this I will NOT buy from you again and maybe not even another Kia and this is my 3rd. Thank you for ruining this experience. More

The Service Rep was 1st rate. He was able to answer all of my questions and his estimate till completion was almost spot on. He checked in on me every 15 minutes since I was waiti He was able to answer all of my questions and his estimate till completion was almost spot on. He checked in on me every 15 minutes since I was waiting and provided updates on the work getting done. Waiting room had all of the amenities even though it was small and busy. My car was returned to me hand washed and vacuumed and backed into the parking stall ready for me to simply pull out once I closed out my bill. Only thing that I can think of that the dealer can approve upon is to get rid of the surcharge that is tacked on for credit card purchases. Not a deal breaker for me because I am comfortable dealing with cash and prefer it. More
