They both know the knowledge of the business. Mikal worked hard to get me the best deal I could get. He never left me for long while he was working his magic. What really made me notice them both is how we live in the same town and they offered to drive me new car home so I didn’t have to leave it and come back the next day to pick up my vehicle. Was quoted $64 for an oil change, then upsold me for multiple jobs with a quote of 224. However, when they finally run me up it was $264 after all additional fees. I've lost my home and I'm struggling t multiple jobs with a quote of 224. However, when they finally run me up it was $264 after all additional fees. I've lost my home and I'm struggling to survive and my local Kia dealership took this opportunity to rake me over the coals. I didn't appreciate it then and I don't appreciate it now. I'll never return. More
