Promised free oil changes for 2 years and then not added to contract. Had to sign 2 contracts on 2 different days and the monthly payment increased. They didn't switch the finance company on my gap policy s to contract. Had to sign 2 contracts on 2 different days and the monthly payment increased. They didn't switch the finance company on my gap policy so I don't even think my gap policy will cover the car if it is totaled. They entire process they lied to me. Horrible experience. Never again. It was on a whim that I went to this dealership and I left with a new Kia Sportage. Terrance was a nice salesman, put me under no pressure and seemed sincere in really wanting to be of service. I felt comfortable with him, The rest of the transaction was pretty much like every other dealership. I would return to this dealership if looking for another car. Daytona Kia did outstanding work on my car today. I had several vehicle issues that needed attention, and all were taken care of. Best of all was the communication and care from my Service Adviser, E I had several vehicle issues that needed attention, and all were taken care of. Best of all was the communication and care from my Service Adviser, Erica. She regularly delivered updates and explained what my car needed in language that was easy to understand. She even took care to offer help when I was feeling unwell. Kudos to Daytona Kia for A+ employees and performance. More
