About the dealership the customer service is good I js wish they would be more open and upfront about the warranty service an let customer know if they warranty is running out for the service that there t wish they would be more open and upfront about the warranty service an let customer know if they warranty is running out for the service that there there to receive n give options instead of js throwing price out give customer a chance to prepare for wats next with warranty I been coming there for my service thinking it's best for me my pockets n my car last visit I was told I had no more oil change n last tire rotation n had replaced a few things that put me n a financial bind wasn't expecting to have to pay that much not knowing my warranty had ran out not going b comfortable taking car anywhere else now wondering how can I get more coverage that's not our budget to b able continue my service with Kia...been trying contact warranty dept r someone that can help me figure out warranty options.. Slider door was jammed and wouldn’t open. After a week without the car and over $1,800 repair the door now opens but will not close completely. My rep says I need to take it to a body shop. Why did the service center take on a repair they couldn’t handle? Why didn’t they send it to a body shop? Why didn’t they complete the repair! I’m completely unsatisfied with this Experiance. More
