Requested service performed fine. However, car was damaged during service, and broken part was left on the passenger seat without informing me of the incident. I returned to the dealership first thing the next day. My service advisor took my issue to the manager, and a replacement part will be installed. I understand and appreciate that accidents happen; I am quite disappointed that it was not disclosed, and even more disappointed that, even though a replacement is in progress, not one word of apology. Oh well. More

I have never really had a bad experience with Kia service - until now. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation which was the suggested maintenance for less that 22k miles. I got there a little early, b - until now. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation which was the suggested maintenance for less that 22k miles. I got there a little early, but ended up waiting 8-10 minutes for service advisor to be free. I ended up being there for a more than 2 hours with only one update when they suggested I needed more things done, which I told them not this visit. They said my car should be done shortly. I also thought I had a "lifetime" maintenance plan (per salesperson Dinardo) which they told me was expired, so I would have to pay. I waited for another hour and when my car was finally done, my keys sat on the service advisor's desk for 25 minutes because they were busy with someone else. Then they told me there would be a $3 service fee for credit cards, which I understand is done a lot now, but it would have been nice to know beforehand. Was not a happy day..... More
