Tyler in service was EXCELLENT at helping us get my daughters ac fixed in her car, very pleasant and extremely helpful! I am accustomed to the best in service, but did not find it here. My car was returned missing parts from under the hood. The air conditioner that has never failed does not work. The new battery was dead and damaged advising me to get a new battersy. The instrument cluster was completely reset. The Start/Stop button requires a double press. It was expensive well beyond the initial estimate. I just wanted the car repaired, I didn't want to buy a dysfunctional used car. I'm very sad and disappointed. I was willing to invest in this old car, but when it comes time to evaluate what I got for my investment, it was clearly not worth it. I don't know where the breakdown is, but my expectations were not met. More
