Sales manager wasted my families time driving out to see a car. We walk in another sales man asks us, which customers are you?: the one who talked to a sales rep? or the one who talked to the manager John? a car. We walk in another sales man asks us, which customers are you?: the one who talked to a sales rep? or the one who talked to the manager John? 15 seconds later he walks back and tells us its "sold" and "doesnt have keys" so we can't look inside.
