Service whole department was very kind, clean, and accommodating. The Service advisor went above in helping things move along as well as providing feedback on regular intervals which I found eased my accommodating. I am accustomed to the best in service, but did not find it here. My car was returned missing parts from under the hood. The air conditioner that has never failed does not work. The new battery was dead and damaged advising me to get a new battersy. The instrument cluster was completely reset. The Start/Stop button requires a double press. It was expensive well beyond the initial estimate. I just wanted the car repaired, I didn't want to buy a dysfunctional used car. I'm very sad and disappointed. I was willing to invest in this old car, but when it comes time to evaluate what I got for my investment, it was clearly not worth it. I don't know where the breakdown is, but my expectations were not met. More

This is absolutely the worst service center I’ve ever encountered in my car ownership experience. Tyler the service technician is a shady individual that not only refuses to listen to customer complaints encountered in my car ownership experience. Tyler the service technician is a shady individual that not only refuses to listen to customer complaints when dropping off their vehicle but a vehement liar. This shop will perform unauthorized repairs with no quote on price and threaten to remain custody of the vehicle. My actual issues were not addressed nor fixed. I have visited twice for safety issues and my concerns were dismissed and I was swindled out of nearly $500 for repairs that I did not authorized and was admitted as much when I threatened to complain to his supervisor. Even speaking with the supervisor nothing was done and it seems as a personal joke when I was offered to return the service manager returned me right back to the service tech I specifically called and complained about. More
