There were a total of nearly $5,000 of extra charges, fees and add ons that weren't adequately explained or understood. The gap insurance, for example, was quoted at $800 but billed at $1,000. Carl wasn't given the proper paperwork for that insurance and is unsure as to the coverage or have any paperwork to show anyone who requests it. Also, the extra key for $1495 wasn't ordered or wanted especially at that inflated price. How can it be returned. He also wasn't provided how or when to pay the monthly charge. How can the sales team make these errors and extra charges then claim to provide great service? The sales team can do better, but we're the ones stuck with an inflated contract. It would be hard to recommend this dealership to others with these obvious errors. It was great to work with Carl and his particular needs, but the gap in understanding of the terms, the higher charges and lack of follow through wasn't helpful. Tom Carrier cosigner More
