So I’m not really sure how to put everything into words but I’m just gonna give my overall honest opinion on how I feel now that I have my car now that I’ve done a review I guess on service or whatever it but I’m just gonna give my overall honest opinion on how I feel now that I have my car now that I’ve done a review I guess on service or whatever it was after you buy a car I feel 1000% misled Very unvalued and maybe they misunderstood me well I went into purchase a car there and I put a pretty penny down to get the car because they wouldn’t accept my tree I went back-and-forth with I guess it’s the sales manager whoever is inside that little box in the middle of the floor and was told my payment would be One amount and that my Freeman would be tenant and I would have rubber mats throughout my car I had to call them back in regards to my room at my tent cause they were supposed to call me the following day to set my appointment up after three things like going from three people I finally was able to get that taken care of although they gave me rubber mats for the inside of my car they did not hold up they’re in the bargain and rubber mats were not in the packaging for the trunk I want a small business and I didn’t want to ruin my seats so that was the whole purpose of when I told them I was gonna purchase the car it would have to have rubber mats and here I am now I will be purchasing cause I have no choice rubber mats for the trunk of my car so I’m doing this review because they did not hold up they’re into the bargain and they lied and they misled me and they just continue to lie instead of hold themselves accountable for their lies so if I might say I wouldn’t even give one star to this location I love my car but I will not be coming back to that location. More
The people here are very friendly, it would be great if their service work was as good as their sales staff that follows up, trying to get a five star review. I have a Kia that’s under warranty and now w their service work was as good as their sales staff that follows up, trying to get a five star review. I have a Kia that’s under warranty and now when it rains the back up camera fogs up. They tried to tell me there was not a problem, and I should put Rain-X around the camera to help avoid water getting in the camera. When I got home, I googled it, and there’s a known issue. It’s really sad that when you spend that much money on a vehicle the dealer tries to screw you over by not fixing stuff that’s under warranty. On my prior visit. They wanted to charge me for upgrading radio software, that should’ve been upgraded the last time the Vehicle in to get the security system upgraded. Now it’s past the warranty for that issue, which it wasn’t when I brought it in last year for the security update. Since it’s the holidays, I haven’t bothered following up, but I will be doing so. I would not bother to buy another Kia again, this is my second Kia, and last! More
