I was shocked when I realized that two items were added to my oil change that I hadn’t requested or authorized. Afterward, I checked the receipt and noticed that a fuel additive and an oil additive were ad to my oil change that I hadn’t requested or authorized. The employees were very nice and for the most part helpful. I was Impressed by how clean the waiting area was on the day i brought my vehicle.
