I returned home to realize the tire rotation i Paid for explained as "rear to front" in the paperwork had actually not happened at all. BUYER BEWARE – MISLEADING PRICING PRACTICES AT DAYTONA KIA WITH DAN SANDERS I worked with Dan Sanders at Daytona Kia and was led to believe I was receiving a fair deal on a 2025 Kia K5 GT-Line. I place KIA WITH DAN SANDERS I worked with Dan Sanders at Daytona Kia and was led to believe I was receiving a fair deal on a 2025 Kia K5 GT-Line. I placed a $10,000 down payment, expecting the total cost to be around $30,000. However, upon reviewing my loan documents, I discovered I still owed $44,000, making the total cost $54,000. Over $7,000 in extended warranties and GAP insurance were added to my contract without clear explanation or informed consent. Even after removing some of these products, the loan remained significantly higher than the vehicle’s expected value. After raising concerns, communication became increasingly difficult. I had to call daily, speak with multiple representatives, and received no direct support from the general manager, Jerome, who repeatedly failed to follow up. This experience reflects a lack of transparency, poor communication, and questionable sales practices. I strongly advise anyone considering a vehicle from this dealership to request a full itemized breakdown of all fees and financing terms in writing before proceeding. I do not recommend working with Dan Sanders or Daytona Kia based on this experience. More
