Usual car buying games, haggling over price. Sales people concentrate on payments, I concentrate on bottom line. After purchase, lack of follow up. I requested window guards and a week later no one has let me know if the 2024 will fit a 2025. Left a message for the finance department to ask a question - no call back. They did a great job, the only complaint is how long it took to diagnose the issue, it was two hours before they told me what the problem was and what they needed to do to repair the problem, the girl that took to diagnose the issue, it was two hours before they told me what the problem was and what they needed to do to repair the problem, the girl that I spoke with was very friendly and told me what my options were, once they had diagnosed the problems it was another two hours, which I understand completely, it takes time to do the repairs. If I have any other service needs I will be glad to return for service, I would also recommend your dealership to family and friends! More
