Firstly, I would like to commend Chris for his excellent service. He was very helpful throughout the process. However, I did notice a slight slice in the tint on one of the rear windows. Hopefully, it will not peel, but overall, the job was well done. On a different note, I encountered some challenges with the sales and finance team. I felt that my budgetary concerns were not adequately addressed. Despite expressing my financial limitations, I was only shown new cars rather than more affordable used options. Having not purchased a car in 20 years, I felt somewhat taken advantage of in this situation. When I returned to the dealership to discuss my concerns and explore less expensive alternatives, I was informed that restructuring the deal or switching to a more affordable vehicle was not an option. This left me feeling like just another number rather than a valued member of the community. I hope you can understand my perspective and take these concerns into consideration for future customer interactions. More
