Every interaction we have had at the dealership has been atrocious. For this particular interaction, the plastic casing on the underside of my vehicle was not properly Reattached after you all had to fix th atrocious. I am being told you want to charge Almost $200 because a bolt came loose from a piece that you did not properly reattach.
