I was shocked when I realized that two items were added to my oil change that I hadn’t requested or authorized. Afterward, I checked the receipt and noticed that a fuel additive and an oil additive were ad to my oil change that I hadn’t requested or authorized. The employees were very nice and for the most part helpful. I was Impressed by how clean the waiting area was on the day i brought my vehicle. They were much more on the ball than our previous visit. However they marked all fluids in the green however my windshield washer fluid was empty and remained empty after the service.
