They lied to my face about everything from having replaced the steering wheel with a new one to selling me a "bumper to bumper" extended warranty on They lied to my face about everything from having replaced the steering wheel with a new one to selling me a "bumper to bumper" extended warranty on a pre-certified QX80 that ended up being powertrain only. I was told the vehicle was pre-certified, which btw you can't verify with corporate. I How you pre-certify a vehicle and sell it with shredded wiper blades? All car salesmen are the lowest form of humans, but this place proved it for me. Avoid buying a pre-certified or any used vehicle from them. More

This purchase was to be my last automobile purchase in my life. I told them I only expected a fair deal and to be treated with respect and get me what I want. They made it one of the worst buying experiences that I’ve had in 39 years of buying cars. They operate a ‘xxxx the customer’ business. Bear in mind my little trade was pretty insignificant to them, but the fact that they made so much profit off of me is ridiculous. Especially since every time I tried to get a call or text from them their explanation was they were so busy finalizing sales. So they know longer had time for me, they obviously didn’t give a crap. And if they’re making that much on new car sales, they did not need to make that much profit off of me. They took avantage and ripped off this senior citizen. Gave me $400 under the lowest fair mkt price for my vehicle. The car I bought they charged me $2468 OVER fair mkt. Bait & switch technique used. Did not listen to anything that I said were mandatory needs for me on a new car. Through bait and switch, they dazzled me into buying something that has nothing on it that I need. When I picked it up, it all went downhill from there. Two weeks after I bought the car and I still don’t have the paperwork that should’ve been given to me when I pick the car up or when I ask for it four different times. They didn’t latch the hood on the new car properly so it bounced around for 2 days until I figured out what was going on. They didn’t tighten down three screws on the metal plate that covers the oil pan so they fell out & it drug the ground and bent, prevented me from driving it. They kept all of my personal property from the car I traded that I asked to have back. They even kept a brand new $200 car seat cover that was still in the box. They offered me several things to make up for the problems caused by them. Lovely offers, but they didn’t follow through on a single one! I feel that they are crooks who showed no respect for me and simply did whatever they could to get one over on this old woman so that they can make a huge profit off of me. With everything being so expensive now and me being retired and living on a small fixed income, they should be ashamed! I will be telling everyone to not go there under any circumstances. You will not be treated well and you will not get a fair deal. GREED!!!!!!!!!! More
Worst experience I've ever had. Sales manager that doesn't know how to work with people. Had called and scheduled an appointment to come out and see a car they were advertising. Had to wait around for another 15 minutes after the appointment time while they were "trying" to find the car. Turns out it was out on a test ride at the time of our appointment. Manager wasn't trying to fix the problem, just making excuses. More
