Made a appointment 2 weeks on advance with the service manager showed on time went told me that I wasn't on the scheduled they took put into service after 3 hrs of waiting told the service department to j manager showed on time went told me that I wasn't on the scheduled they took put into service after 3 hrs of waiting told the service department to just get my keys the manufactor offers the free oil changes and they can't even do that correct this is the worst service department I have ever seen .by the way this new car didn't even have 21,000 miles on it and it already been in the shop several times prior I'm done with this service department someone needs to step up and take controll More

I had the most pleasant experience not once, but twice with this dealership. I helped a friend buy a car and they faciltated that loan protecting me all along. I then had to take the car away from this person 9 mo later, and brought it back to the same dealership and they facilitated a trade with my brother and myself with an even swap. I was so appreciative of Alex in Financing, Tom in used cars and most of all Regina Nicotra as my sales lady involved in both transactions. I want to do a shout out to Adam in Service he was AWESOME helping me out with the return of the car. Thank ya'll so much and hope to do business again... Thank you all for restoring my faith in car dealerships that are honest and trust worthy. I have bought 11+ vehicles over the years at various dealerships and have never been treated with so much respect and courtesy from a dealership. Usually they see a single woman come in and either do 1) ignore me until I go up to someone and say can you help me or 2) think I don't know anything about cars and try to up the price on me with various add ons or fees or whatever else they can think of.. Tis dealership does not. They did not know I could write a check for whatever car I wanted, and was treated as if I could from the get go. More

No return call. On 03/19 I called again - no return. That's what prompted me to "go higher". For whatever, a service person called late Saturday to schedule my appointment. Did she act on her own? Or was she instructed by management to "satisfy" an irate customer. I never heard from Glenn Richey personally - or he did not identify himself.
