I purchased my 2022 Hyundai Tucson SEL from Daytona Hyundai and all I can say is that I am so happy with my fourth Hyundai. This is by far the nicest vehicle I have ever owned. My saleswoman, Regina Ni Hyundai and all I can say is that I am so happy with my fourth Hyundai. This is by far the nicest vehicle I have ever owned. My saleswoman, Regina Nicotra was such a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend everyone to seek her out for your next purchase. I must say after owning three Hyundai's in the past that this was such a smooth transition. I had searched for a while, and knew what my next Hyundai would be, I originally chose the SE version. We were so lucky to walk into this beautiful edition of the Tucson by accident that I had to jump at the chance since new cars are hard to come by. The dealership was incredible, no pressure to purchase, no typical sales pitch. We all worked as a team and I must say that is was a joy. We will be purchasing our 5th Hyundai from Regina. Thank You and we look forward to being long term customers. More

Charlie McCale tried to take advantage of me twice. The first time he made the sale a lease. I never mentioned the word lease. I called both him and Mike the finance guy. Neither one called me back. When I returned later on with my husband we just went to the finance person, Mike. He had to call Hyundai to cancel the transaction. When he wrote up the contract the amount of my trade in was off by $2000. My husband noticed the mistake and we told him about this, which he then corrected. My sales person, Basel, was great. when I didn’t hear from Charle or Mike, I called him and asked him to tell Charlie I didn’t want a lease. Basel was a terrific salesperson. I would recommend him to any one looking to buy a auto from Hyundai. Just be careful when dealing with Charlie or Mike especially if you are a woman. When I came back with my husband Charlie pretended not to know me. I didn’t care because I didn’t want to deal with him anymore More

Under the leadership of Glenn Ritchie Jr and Charlie McHale, everyone I have ever dealt with at Daytona Hyundai is focused on customer satisfaction. I have used their Service Department on numerous occasions and in every instance I have received excellent customer service and fair pricing for the work performed. Many people dread visiting car dealerships when in the market for a new car. In the past I have visited other dealerships who have contributed a feeling of mistrust. This is absolutely not the case with Daytona Hyundai, it is a dealership you can feel confident trusting.
