Everthing was great when we bought our new Sonata. The salesman was helpful, friendly and courteous. There was not a lot of pressure to buy stuff we didn't want. We recently bought two 2009 Hyundai Santa Fe SUVs for our sons. We came into Jon Hall Hyundai prepared to trade in one son's 98 Ford Explorer during the 'cash for clunkers' promotion and met Mr. Lee Richards sons. He was courteous, professional and an absolute pleasure to work with. It was by far the easiest, most enjoyable and stress-free new car purchase we've ever made, because of Mr. Richardson. A week later we were prepared to buy a used 2009 Santa Fe for our other son since his car did not qualify for the 'clunker' rebate on new car sales. Unfortunately, the make, model, and color we were looking for was not available in Daytona, but we did find one at Bob Dance Hyundai in Orlando. Our experience was completely opposite and ruined what should have been a pleasant experience for all of us. We were talked down to, misled, and shown a "new" filthy, overpriced, smoke-filled car instead of the one advertised. I even called ahead to say I was coming in to view that specific car. When we started to leave - the requested car appeared. Thankfully, Mr. Richardson was available by phone to advise us on how to proceed with the transaction since we were ready to walk away from what was a good price on the vehicle we were looking for. The car is great, but the sales experience there was horrible. It is worth the extra time and drive to Daytona to work with Mr. Lee Richardson at Jon Hall Hyundai. More
I buy a new car very 2-3 years and give the old one to one of my children. I usually buy V8s: Town Car or Grand Marquis Mercury. He said they were terrific and another friend who works in the insurance business told me they were having very few problem with these cars. I will not mention the insurance company, but is is one of the biggest in the country and has a pet lizard. :-) Well I stopped in to Jon Hall Hyundai in Daytona beach and met Lee Richardson. This guy was the best, and believe me in 49 years I dealt with many salesman. No pressure just good and knowledgeable information about the car. He knows his stuff and after a test drive I was sold. I've had this little V6 for about 3 months, had it serviced once and it is wonderful. I swear it has more room in it than my big cars. With the the rear seats folded down, I call it my slick little truck. Looks and drives like a dream. I highly recommend this car, the dealership, and in particular Mr. Richardson. When the cash for clunkers program came to be, I started searching for a new car. I visited several dealers in my area and Jon Hall Hyundai most impressed me. The salesman Lee Richardson was awesome. He ironed out a fantastic deal and I drove our new car home within a few hours. Since then, I obtained my first service, and was in and out in less than an hour without having an appointment. I highly recommend this dealership and its employees. Very friendly people and Lee always follows-up with any contact I have with the sales or service departments. More

I would not drive any vehicle except a Hyudnai at this time, and with both Paul Gastreich, my salesperson, and Leo Gallien, my finan the past years. I had called Hyundai expressing an interest in a new 2009 Hyundai Sonata. Lee said there was only one remaining on the lot, but come on by and see some of the other vehicles available. To make the story short, we (wife and I) settled on a 2010 model. From beginning to end, there were no false comments or pressureI to buy a car. Lee was very personable, receptive to queries and was a pleasure to deal with. Lee emphasized that we should consider him our contact for anything relating to the vehicle, which I have taken advantage of. We have purchased a few cars prior to this one, and no ever said " the first oil change is on me". To some this would be a token offer, but we appreciated it. I know that it will be quite sometime before I have to even think about another vehicle, but if and when the time comes, would Lee be the first one I would contact, you bet I would. More

I'm on my third Hyundai. In 2002 I bought an Elantra for my Daughter to drive back and forth to college. In 2004, I purchased a Santa Fe for the comfort and room. Each time, I shopped around, the guys at Jon Hall always had the best deal, in addition they made sure I got the color (interior and exterior) and all the extra equipment that I wanted. I have found that Hyundai's are an unremarkable value for the price, and their owner loyality program with generous rebates makes ungrading when you are ready easy. To my surprise, I've also found that the trade in value on these cars was better than any other manufacture that I've previously owned. The courtesy does not end at Jon Hall once you have bought your vechicle. The Service department will schedule your maintence at your convenience, not theirs. The car has always been ready when promised. I give the guys at Jon Hall 5 stars ***** More
On Saturday, our salesman, Chris Nelson, and a manager, dark-haired heavy-set guy, both said our trade-in qualified for $4,500 from the Cash for Clunkers program. We filled out the paperwork, got a bottom- dark-haired heavy-set guy, both said our trade-in qualified for $4,500 from the Cash for Clunkers program. We filled out the paperwork, got a bottom-line price, and were prequalified, but we had to return the next day with our trade-in to complete the deal. The next day, with nothing left to do but sign our check, the manager told us our trade-in did not qualify for the Clash for Clunkers, that they had made a mistake yesterday when looking it up on cars.gov. Apparently, they were lying or completely incompetent, neither of which is good, because "two" different people would not make the same mistake, especially considering how long the program has been running and that they were not new employees at Jon Hall Hyundai in Daytona Beach, Florida. Their underhandedness/incompetence was made even more irksome because of the distance we had driven to this dealer, twice, and because we had spent several hours preparing our vehicle for the trade-in (removing the hitch, reinstalling the factory radio, finding the year's worth of insurance documentation, etc., not to mention the time filling out the paperwork. It was certainly a bate-and-switch, so buyers beware! Needless to say, we refused to buy the car and will never shop there again, and probably not ever at a Jon Hall dealer, if this is how they do business. More
