We were invited into the service area waiting room her fresh coffee were offered and vending machines were available. There was a large screen TV to watch as we passed the time. Liz checked in with us occasionally and finally told us what repairs need to be done and explained the charges. She made arrangements for us to have a "loaner car" since the parts needed were not readily available at their location. Later she also called us to tell us that our car would be ready a day ahead of schedule. Ms. Thomas did help to make a bit of a stressful time much more easy to bear with her positive attitude and compassion. More

I went there looking to purchase a used car as I did not think I could afford a new one. Regina showed me several cars and ended up taking a test drive in the Kia Sportage. It drove really good.
