Worst customer service experience of my entire life. If you read past reviews where people say they were lied to and that phone calls are never returned, they are 100% correct. I live in Ohio but my daughter goes to college in Daytona. Her Dart started having issues with the key coming out of the ignition. I had her take it here for service. They replaced the ignition module for $800. Couple days later the issue still existed. We see online that there's just a button on the gear shift shaft that doesn't get depressed when the car is in park. She took it back. It wasn't getting stuck then but they were going to order a new cable. I suggested getting some money refunded because it obviously didn't need a new ignition module but was basically blown off. Couple weeks later the issue started again. Called back and the service advisor was like I remember you, we were going to order a cable weren't we. So obviously it never got ordered. I also asked about a refund again. Advisor said he would call back. No call. From here I called several times, to the advisor and eventually the service manager, no call backs. I get angry with an operator and get a call back from a customer service rep. Gets me no where. Eventually I get a hold of her again only because she's filling in for an operator. They have the car at this point but are doing nothing with it. I express my anger and again mention a refund. She tells me she will call back by 1 PM, she promises. Big surprise no call back. I wait a couple of days and call back and get the original advisor. After raising my voice and cursing, I get a call back from him and the service manager, who tells me he ALWAYS returns calls, and I say I'm done with them and my daughter is going to pick up the car. I get another call from the advisor and then another saying they will try to do a repair the next day if we want to leave it. That's a huge no. At this point I would rather drive the car into the xxxxing ocean than to have them service it anymore. And still no on the refund because they already did the work. Doesn't matter that the work wasn't needed. Let's be honest, I basically donated $800 to them for nothing. I have no clue how this place stays in business. This is just a warning to people that my review and the other negative reviews you read are real. More
Awful customer service. Definitely go somewhere else for help with your car. Their service center is not able to provide diagnostics confidently and will not be able to even fix issues saying that all parts are backordered and if you can't wait an undefined period of time you can always trade in the vehicle. Took it somewhere else that diagnosed w a different issue that was validated by a second shop - my car is now perfect within a few days. More

AWESOME DEALERSHIP! Before I took my Jeep to Daytona- I had taken it to a dealer in my own back yard just 2 miles from my house. I had a warranty issue to resolve. Because I did not buy it there- they would not help me in Service. And he told me the part wouldn't be covered, because COVID changed alot of things from the factory side of things.....SERIOUSLY?!!? I was so disturbed I called Jeep Customer Service to explain what happened & of course they told me I can take my Jeep to any Dealer in the U.S to get serviced. I drove in to Daytona CDJR - was immediately greeted in the service drive with a smiling face to ask the reason for my visit. Once I did he went in and got me connected with Service Advisor Paul Swartout. Paul listened to my situation, ordered the broken part & set me up for the following week to address a mechanical issue as well. He was friendly, polite, efficient and I genuinely appreciated such an amazing level of customer service!! Will recommend Daytona CDJR to anyone who has a Jeep! Thanks Paul for being awesome and I appreciate the owners having such fabulous staff. More
