While I have no problem with the Service Department I have been disappointed with the quality of the vehicle. I have been back to have service too many times. I have had problems with the control arms w have been disappointed with the quality of the vehicle. I have been back to have service too many times. I have had problems with the control arms which ruined 4 tires. Problems with the touch screen going 1/3 blank and then replaced; problems with the functional touch screen, it would go blank and reboot while driving. If using the navigation system at the time you had to pull off the road and reenter all the information because it was lost. Then the last issue was the defroster on the outside mirror would not work. I don't think that it is a good thing when you are on a first name basis with the the service advisors. The service center did finally resolve all the issues but some of them took repeated trips and considerable time with having to order parts. I have no problem with the service Just that a new truck should not have had this many problems. I am now wondering what is going to go wrong next. I was always a Chevy truck guy, having owned them since the 1990's; I just may have to go back to Chevy. I never had this many problems in all the other trucks I've owned combined as I have had with this one truck. More

After I purchased my 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee, I had an issue with the Jeep. The Jeep kept beeping every time I drove. I took the Jeep to service to see what the issue was. I was told that it was an ABS br issue with the Jeep. The Jeep kept beeping every time I drove. I took the Jeep to service to see what the issue was. I was told that it was an ABS break issue. They couldn't fix the issue; my car sat at the dealership for a month it turns out it was a setting in my navigation system causing the beeping. No one communicated the service manager didn't know my car was in the shop for 30 days, and David Sparks, the operation manager, promised me that they would take care of one of my payments and give me his phone number and I could call him day or night I have not heard from him since. I also wrote the owner, Randy Dye, after I talked to him the first time that I still have issues with my Jeep, which he never emailed me back. This is why no one communicates if the owner couldn't take time as a customer to email me back. When I talked to the owner the first time I explained to him there is a broken process in your service department and customer service. Randy quickly corrected me when I discussed the processes and the customer service. However, as the customer, I know there is an issue with your customer service in the service department and also the processes at your dealership. The service advisor, Jimmy Z., would never give an update. I would have called him to drive to the dealership myself. One last thing when I was cleaning my car, I noticed screws and rubber flaps that prevent water from going underneath the hood. The technician did not screw back in my car when he was trying to attempt to fix the brakes. Also, the rubber flaps blew off in the carwash. I was going to give this dealership another try, but when I saw that, I was done. I will not be returning to this dealership's horrible service. This dealership has sucked the air out of the excitement and getting a new car. More

My 2022 Jeep Wrangler Sahara is still not fixed after five different trips to Daytona Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram Service Department. Worse, no one will return my calls thought I've left three separate m five different trips to Daytona Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram Service Department. Worse, no one will return my calls thought I've left three separate messages for my service advisor and the manager. TLDR: I ordered my 2022 Jeep Wrangler Sahara from Daytona Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram in January of 2022. I received it in early April. By June, the check engine light had come on. I took it in to DDCJR and they said it was an update. Left it there for a few days. Got it back, a week later the check engine light came on again. Took it in again and left it there for over a month. Finally they found that one of the lobes on the crank shaft had completely worn down. For context, something like that might happen after 200-300,000 miles. There were less than 5,000 miles on my Jeep. Another month in the shop and finally it's out and running properly. Six months later, the check engine light comes on again. I take it in after it turned off again and they said it was nothing. This happens again, and this time they say that the issues is just a software update that needs done. I ask them to do it, but they say that the update is in beta form now, I should wait. Over the next 3-5 months the check engine light comes on and off several times. Last month I'm on vacation with the family and while going through Orangeburg, SC the check engine light comes on and then starts to flash. I find the nearest dealership and they tell me that the light isn't flashing any more but the 3rd injector is bad. The service manager tells me that the spark plug is black it's been fired so many times. I limp it home and we go back to DDCJR. When I take it in they say the O2 sensor and PCV valve are bad, and they completely dismiss my information about the 3rd cylinder. They keep the jeep for over three weeks and the very day that it's returned to me the check engine light comes back on. I called my service advisor but had to leave a message that day. I called yesterday the service manager and left a message giving all the details TWICE. Today I can report that the only contact from DDCJR I've received since is an email requesting that I write a review about how well they did with my Jeep. I feel like the staff at DDCJR do not care about me as a customer. I feel like when I have real problems they fluff me off because they are "too busy". I also feel like when I give them objective data that they can reference and then fix, they pay me no attention. If you are looking to buy a vehicle from DDCJR, do what I plan on doing - choose a different dealership. More
