Service adviser quoted about $1500 for repairs. Said that would fix the issue. It did not. They then wanted another $9,000 for repairs and this time said they had no idea if it would fix issue. Asked for them back to get my money back at prior place. After getting van towed back. Called the advisor asking where the parts were. He said they put them in a box on the passenger seat. They were not there. Advised him they weren’t there and he asked like I was a moron and don’t know what a box full of parts looks like and said I should check again and maybe have someone help me, I own a roadside assistance business I think I can identify the difference between and empty seat and a seat with parts on it. Never going back again. Would rather torch my vehicle More

Since we purchased the tires at Sam’s club we could have the problem rectified at the Sam’s club in Daytona Beach. After our oil was changed we attempted to go to Sam’s. We made it there but just in the nick of time. We are so glad was discovered at Daytona Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram FIAT. Because we could have list control of my Ram while driving a highway speed on Interstate 95. More

They went above and beyond to ensure that the job was done in a timely manner so as not to negatively impact my scheduled trip departure schedule. The department manager did an excellent job managing the total process. When a major part proved defective she managed the warranty process in an efficient and timely manner.
