Service adviser quoted about $1500 for repairs. Said that would fix the issue. It did not. They then wanted another $9,000 for repairs and this time said they had no idea if it would fix issue. Asked for them back to get my money back at prior place. After getting van towed back. Called the advisor asking where the parts were. He said they put them in a box on the passenger seat. They were not there. Advised him they weren’t there and he asked like I was a moron and don’t know what a box full of parts looks like and said I should check again and maybe have someone help me, I own a roadside assistance business I think I can identify the difference between and empty seat and a seat with parts on it. Never going back again. Would rather torch my vehicle More
