service department I took my 2005 Town and Country Van to service my Air Condition that was not cooling. They kept the Van for 17 days, never communicated on the fees or status of the vehicle. I had to borrow from a friend and they never offered a loaner. At the end they overcharged me. They don't have good customer service. They do the work first and then they shock you with a high bill. I would not recommend to get your vehicle serviced from Chrysler. More
Jeff Spense fixed EVERYTHING! We bought a brand-new Dodge Ram in December. We brought it in to have a hitch installed a few days later. When we got there to pick up the truck the bumper was scratched (obviously was dropped).... we were told we were getting a brand-new one in a week per Vanessa. After PATIENTLY waiting for a week no call from Vanessa. We called again and was misinformed again by Vanessa. Very upset we drove to Daytona Dodge. Spoke with Vanessa (big mistake) again.....was promised we would get a call that evening or first thing in the morning. Next day of course no call, so we drove there again and spoke to the Service Manager Jeff Spence. Immediately he sent one of his guys to pick up the bumper we were promised two weeks prior. Jeff not only was professional but got the job done! More

Along with regular service visits I purchase accessories for all my vehicles which also requires service installation. I have dealt with service many times. Yvonne in Accessories is always pleasant and very helpful. She answers all of my questions and orders my parts quickly and accurately as well as setting me up with service to make an appointments for my installations. I have Dodge dealerships that are closer to my home, however I choose to make the trip to Daytona Dodge for the great experiences I have. They all make you feel like part of the family, not just a customer and I would recommend them to everybody! John S. More

I brought my truck in to have an electrical problem fixed. The diagnosis that they charged me $85 for was that there was something wrong in the electrical system and they would have to charge me $360 t fixed. When I questioned them about it they were unable to give me a decent answer as to what was wrong. The service manager assured me that they had spent 3 hours looking for the problem. When I told her that I knew she was lying to me because we both knew when the truck had been dropped off, and I had the exact time of when she called me (1 hour and 17 minutes later), she got very defensive and said that maybe she had rounded up from over 2 hours of work. I despise being lied to, and I find it ridiculous that that was the diagnosis they charged me for. When I brought up my complaint to the manager he backed up his technician and said that they don't run a dishonest dealership, and still made me pay the fee. Stay FAR away from this dealership, take it to 5 star auto instead, they will not rip you off. More
Thanks for the quick service. Our car broke down and we showed up at about 6:30 PM. at the Daytona Dodge. Let me start by saying, I do not trust car salespeople and mechanics by default - I let them earn my trust, which they rarely do. To me, trust is everything. This is an account of how one company earned my trust. My Caravan had the engine check light turn on so I visited the Daytona Dodge Chrysler dealership. They found the radiator relay to be at fault and fixed the problem. I picked up the car and had barely driven a quarter mile when the engine check light turned on again. I called back immediately and to cut a long story short they told me to bring the minivan back as they were as perplexed as I was. They discovered that the wiring to the relay was chewed up, probably by some rodent. They fixed it for me free of charge. I was very pleased by their professionalism and great customer service and found it to be a company I can trust. I usually give companies I deal with a "test-of-trust" by asking them a question related to their repair (which I prepare for online once they tell me what is wrong). I do this to see if they are trying to xx me. They passed my test with flying colors and for that I think they deserve to be recognized. So, Dave and the gentleman in the adjacent office and the mechanics who did the work - Thanks for a job well done! More
