The female rep who answered the phone told me the advisors were busy and one was going home soon and other was finishing up with another customer. She stated to me she could take my name and number and would have him call me back shortly. Here it is Thursday almost a week later still no call back So today I call them back and them a second chance to ean my business only this time inquired about specific parts The parts department looked it up said they did not have in stock but could have it in on Saturday. So my next question was can you give me the part number and his reply was I can't do that because it's proprietary. I finished up my with him and called another dealship not only did furnish with information I needed but they even gave the part numbers but also offer to have for on Saturday as well. Now to me this show one dealer is all about good old customer service Where as Daytona doesn't share the philosophy of good customer service above and beyond More
Horrible dealership Never again will i buy a vehicle from this place. I have a 2016 dodge dart that broke down at 10k miles. They told me to call lisa to at 12 today so i could get belongings out of the vehicle and see how long it would take and when i did she didnt answer so i left a voicemail and she didnt get back to me either. They kept the Van for 17 days, never communicated on the fees or status of the vehicle. I had to borrow from a friend and they never offered a loaner. At the end they overcharged me. They don't have good customer service. They do the work first and then they shock you with a high bill. I would not recommend to get your vehicle serviced from Chrysler. More
Jeff Spense fixed EVERYTHING! We bought a brand-new Dodge Ram in December. We brought it in to have a hitch installed a few days later. When we got there to pick up the truck the bumper was scratched (obviously was dropped).... we were told we were getting a brand-new one in a week per Vanessa. After PATIENTLY waiting for a week no call from Vanessa. We called again and was misinformed again by Vanessa. Very upset we drove to Daytona Dodge. Spoke with Vanessa (big mistake) again.....was promised we would get a call that evening or first thing in the morning. Next day of course no call, so we drove there again and spoke to the Service Manager Jeff Spence. Immediately he sent one of his guys to pick up the bumper we were promised two weeks prior. Jeff not only was professional but got the job done! More
