I had a bad experience I went to this dealership on Tomoka Road in Daytona I spent $2,150 to get my car maintenance which was nothing wrong with it major just got some repl I went to this dealership on Tomoka Road in Daytona I spent $2,150 to get my car maintenance which was nothing wrong with it major just got some replacements and one of those replacements were the brakes although they wasn't that bad and new tires I went to pick my car up and my brake pedal went to the floor i almost hit another car so I turned around took it back up to the dealership and they told me to bring it back in the morning and they will see what's wrong with it mind you before I brung my car there I didn't have that issue with my brake padal the said they bleeded my brakes six times change the master cylinder its still not fix my dad died he lives in New york i couldnt attend his funeral because they told me I couldn't take a loaner out of state and they wasn't giving me my car they can't release it but made a slick remark saying go get a renter car which is extra money going to come out my pocket that I didn't have i wasnt able to say my goodbyes to my father and still got treated like crap it's going on two weeks now and I still don't have my car and they saying they still don't know what's wrong with my car and I didn't have that issue I spent $2,150 to have a problem this dealership sucks especially on the customer service my advisor Audreu was ridiculous including Jeff Herman it's so many more even Capri The Loner advisor I haven't got no help I'm looking for an attorney I need my car More

My repeated voicemails to the service department since May 1st have not been returned. A live on line chat with the dealership on May 14th produced a request for the last 8 digits of my vin number. I provided it, but this was unnecessary, because they already had it from the initial service record. I never heard back from them again. Poor service!!! More
went in for serviceon the old veh,drove out with a new one I brought my 2012 challenger in for service, while waiting for my ride home I saw white rt challenger parked in front of the showroom.As I was checki I brought my 2012 challenger in for service, while waiting for my ride home I saw white rt challenger parked in front of the showroom.As I was checking it out,a salesman,Charlie Lupo,came up and asked if I needed any help.I began to ask him questions about the car.He was very knowledgeable about the car and all it's features.He was very friendly but not pushy.We talked about a trade in and within a half hour he had some great numbers for me.Within an hour I drove out with my new challenger.This was the second vehicle I've purchased from Daytona Dodge and I feel that I've always been treated courteously ,service has been great and the people that I dealt with were friendly and helpful.I would recommend Daytona to anyone who asks and I will be coming back to see Charlie in the future. More

I tried to get a resolution from Jeff Hernan, the Asst Mgr of Service, but he was an arrogant xxx who pretty much laughed in my face. I'm in the process of filing a fraud complaint with the BBB and talking to Dodge Corporate about this (who so far have been no help). My Dad was a lifelong Dodge/Chrysler customer, I inherited that from him, but no more...the Daytona Dodge Dealership has certainly cured me of that! I can't remember the last time I was treated so shabbily by a business. Stay far away from these scam artists, you have been warned! More

When we first got the truck they tried to get him with the pricing many times. They told him that they would take all of his after market parts off his old truck and put it on his new one, they only took off two parts, and then told him to change his exsuast himself in the Dodge parking lot, and he did. He has went back twice for his steering, saying they would make it straight, and it still is not. We were there for over 3 hours both times, and the day we got the truck we were there waiting for 7. They also made a dent in his hood when they switched the part over and then tried to say he hit something. I would not reccomend Daytona Dodge at all. They take very long and as you can see they dont care about their customers. More
