I scheduled an appointment a week in advance for an oil change. I get to the service area for my scheduled oil change and they directed me to go to the express oil change area, and said that I didn’t need change. I go across the way into the customer waiting area, and no one is inside. 4 techs in the bay but no one acknowledges me. I go outside, they all look at me but no acknowledgment. I ask if someone is coming to the desk area and 1 replies he stepped out and but he’ll be right back. He comes in..I inform of my appointment he says, that I needed to specify type of vehicle since it’s not a Dodge or Chrysler because they don’t have the oil filter for my Ford truck. Will have filter on Monday, and will call me. So no oil change, And it’s Tuesday and still no call.. Very poor customer service, no one approached me with names, Drive 50 miles for unsatisfied experience More

We are from out of state, our brand-new truck broke down and we managed to limp it to this dealership. We were rudely told that they could not help us as they were to busy. We had codes going all over the d and we managed to limp it to this dealership. We were rudely told that they could not help us as they were to busy. We had codes going all over the dash telling us not to drive it. They said no one was available to even run the codes and to perhaps go to a parts store and they could run the codes. Thankfully, the dealership in St. Augustine were very nice and took the truck right away. There were serious problems and it has been there a week...I could not believe that they would turn someone away. More
After being stranded at the Flagler Dodge who refused to help us, I called Daytona Dodge and the fine Lady on the phone came to the rescue. I had my Durango towed to them and they were very quick to take us in. Listen to me when I say these fine professionals went above and beyond to get us back on the road. The Ladies at the cashier section, the Service Advisors, the courtesy guys, the "crew" who pushed the vehicle to the bay were all awesome. This dealership sets a very high standard when it comes to customer service. I wish all Dodge Dealerships operated at the same level as this one does. We THANK YOU very much for all you did for us.
