I don't usually leave unfavorable reviews, but after the experience we just had with my 20 year old sons truck at this place I wouldn't even have them do an oil change. They had my sons truck for 6 weeks an experience we just had with my 20 year old sons truck at this place I wouldn't even have them do an oil change. They had my sons truck for 6 weeks and $6k later the problem is still not fixed - now they want an additional $5k. No way. They do not care about the customer either. Communication is awful and trying to talk to management is a joke. If you want your vehicle actually fixed don't bring it here. I can guarantee we won't be shopping for a vehicle either. More

No communication or customer service. And 6100 dollars later. And truck still not fixed. And there not not willing to comp any cost On a 4700 repair after taxes. I now have to take my vehicle somewhere else to fix it. they didn't even show a little bit of sympathy. Will be leaving a review everywhere I can. And recommending nobody go to this place for anything. There obviously out to get peoples money. And could care less about the customer. More

Daytona dodge has absolutely no respect for their customers and their vehicles. I had to make a post on their Facebook page that got taken down to get to talk to someone. I would never recommend Daytona Dodge not even to my worst enemy. They refuse to take accountability for the mistakes they made or even acknowledge that they were responsible for not replacing parts they ripped off or repairing my vehicle completely and returning it to me unsafe.
