Did not properly check system after repair. Problem not resolved. Had to come back to garage for further repairs. Bill was exceptionally high . Should have cured the problem on first visit. I had all 3 of my Jeep Wave services done here. I had to leave it the first 2 and it took all day for an oil change and a tire rotation. This last one I made an appointment for 10:00 and told them I had to leave it the first 2 and it took all day for an oil change and a tire rotation. This last one I made an appointment for 10:00 and told them i needed to wait for it. They finally started working on it at 12:30 and I was out at 1:30. I was never offered anything (coffee, water, etc.). 2 previous service visits, under warranty, for what I said was a bad battery resulted in me being told I just didn't drive it enough. I replaced the both batteries and problem solved. More
Very poor customer service from the service department. I brought my Jeep in on a Tuesday for what I thought was a flat tire sound and feel but no loss of air pressure. I didn’t hear anything from them so I brought my Jeep in on a Tuesday for what I thought was a flat tire sound and feel but no loss of air pressure. I didn’t hear anything from them so I called on Thursday left a message still no response. Called on Friday still no response so I went there and was told it hadn’t been looked at yet. They looked at it then and found a 3 inch bolt stuck so forcefully no air escaped. They ordered the new tire on Friday. The wrong tire was received on Monday so they had to reorder. I still don’t have my Jeep. I sent an email to the owner Randy Dye. He called me and was dismissive and caring. I will never recommend this dealership due to this experience. The lack of communication and minimal basic customer service is very much lacking from the top down in this organization. More
