I brought my Jeep in for warranty covered service to replace a failed fuel pump, and injectors; the second of two recalls for the fuel pump on the Diesel. Daytona Jeep dealer kept my vehicle for a mont replace a failed fuel pump, and injectors; the second of two recalls for the fuel pump on the Diesel. Daytona Jeep dealer kept my vehicle for a month and a half, told me I had to go back to Hertz rent a car after a month to renew the contract, I'm assuming so they don't have to report me having the rental for so long. I got my vehicle back, it was not washed; still had grease smudges on the front fender, had a squeek when idling and they wanted to charge me for a new battery, after it was sitting on their lot in the hot Florida Sun for almost 2 months. My service advisor Paul did an ok job, but management and follow up are non existent at this dealer. I went in at the one month mark to talk to the manager Doug and he gave me updates for 2 days. On the third day dealing with him he didn't call me back so I called the dealer and they told me he no longer worked there. I was sent to another manager, who told me the same thing I was already told, and I was not offered any further follow up calls or texts or updates whatsoever. I bought the Jeep from this dealer, and would expect to be treated better as a valued customer. I was very unhappy with my whole experience at this dealer, and will never go back. More

The customer service there is beyond excellent. Alana was attentive and stayed in communication with me throughout the process. Unbeknownst to me, I placed a call to her on her day off, not only Alana was attentive and stayed in communication with me throughout the process. Unbeknownst to me, I placed a call to her on her day off, not only did she take my call, but she even went into the dealership to resend the information about my service visit that my ISP clearly blocked for some reason. Like any dealership however, the parts and overall cost of service is astronomical. More
