I brought my Jeep in for warranty covered service to replace a failed fuel pump, and injectors; the second of two recalls for the fuel pump on the Diesel. Daytona Jeep dealer kept my vehicle for a month and a half, told me I had to go back to Hertz rent a car after a month to renew the contract, I'm assuming so they don't have to report me having the rental for so long. I got my vehicle back, it was not washed; still had grease smudges on the front fender, had a squeek when idling and they wanted to charge me for a new battery, after it was sitting on their lot in the hot Florida Sun for almost 2 months. My service advisor Paul did an ok job, but management and follow up are non existent at this dealer. I went in at the one month mark to talk to the manager Doug and he gave me updates for 2 days. On the third day dealing with him he didn't call me back so I called the dealer and they told me he no longer worked there. I was sent to another manager, who told me the same thing I was already told, and I was not offered any further follow up calls or texts or updates whatsoever. I bought the Jeep from this dealer, and would expect to be treated better as a valued customer. I was very unhappy with my whole experience at this dealer, and will never go back. More

The customer service there is beyond excellent. Alana was attentive and stayed in communication with me throughout the process. Like any dealership however, the parts and overall cost of service is astronomical. More

This has been the worst experience I've had with a dealership. I needed service done to my Jeep for two separate concerning issues, and Daytona Dodge has done my service in the past with no issue, whi dealership. Called the dealership regarding the need for service and was advised they were booked for the next week, which was fine but I had asked about a loaner vehicle prior to confirming the appointment since I was dropping off on Friday 06/27 and had to work overnight that weekend in a different county. Whomever scheduled this appointment informed me they would have a loaner available so I booked. I drop off my vehicle and when asked about the loaner I was then informed that they do not do loaners. I informed them that I was told I would have one as that was the only reason I brought my car here and was told that they would ask Paul, the service advisor, about the issue but that he was not in office yet. I told them I would wait as I did not have a vehicle and was directed to the main lobby area. I sat here for about an hour waiting for an update before I checked back in, to find Paul entirely unaware that I was here. Again informed that they would not have a loaner for me, they offered a ride to the rental place down the road. Thanks I guess? I was advised of around a 3 day turn around so that is what I scheduled a rental vehicle for. Monday I called for an update to see if the vehicle has even been looked at yet since the rental was due that day and needed to know if I needed to extend the rental. No answer 3 times, left a voicemail to paul, who seemingly had no interest in calling me back. I had sent an email as a last effort for the day to which he graciously responded that they have no update yet. I returned the rental as I had suspicions that the vehicle would take the rest of the week and a bit too expensive at $90 a day. Thankfully the following day 07/01 i received an update via text about the problem and required fix, not thrilled about the quoted price I tried to call for a better understanding as to what went on. Middle of the day on a Tuesday and no one is available to answer a phone between 2 and 4? I eventually reach someone who relays paul is once again not available and they would take a message and a call back. Said call back never happened. I attempted again on that Thursday 07/03, was told they would relay the message and to call back later, which never happened. The next Tuesday 07/08 I called again, and told whomever answered the phone that I would prefer to stay on hold until someone is able to speak to me because no one is communicating to me about my car. One of the other service advisors, whose name I cannot remember, advised me that there was a delay in parts being ordered due to back order and had to get delivered from another dealership. He also relayed from what he could tell the part should be here that day and my car should be ready by Thursday, no later than Friday. It was frustrating news but at least there was an update and I could plan the rest of the week without a vehicle. I don't know why no one could communicate this to me when there would be a known delay. After not hearing anything a majority of the day Thursday 07/10 I decided to call once again to see if it was going to be done Friday, so i could find a ride after work to pick up. Could not reach anyone once again. Called again Friday 07/11, this was the first time I was able to get a hold of Paul, the alleged service advisor for my repair, who advised that the wrong parts were delivered for my vehicle and they are awaiting new ones. Great, again why could no one relay this to me prior? I decided to cut my losses and presume i would be another week without my vehicle and no communication. Thankfully I was wrong and was able to pick it up Tuesday 07/14. Grateful to have my vehicle fixed, but will never return here. 0 attempt at any form of customer service here. More
