MAKE SURE THAT YOU RECORD THE COVERSATIONS AS WELL, AS I FEEL THAT THEY DELETE AND CHANGE THE RECORDINGS! I took my jeep for service, dropped it off on a Friday before vacation, lets just say that they nev FEEL THAT THEY DELETE AND CHANGE THE RECORDINGS! I took my jeep for service, dropped it off on a Friday before vacation, lets just say that they never looked at it until the Firday I was headed home, total waste of my time as I had to rent a car while they worked on it for another week, Also when Chris called to talk to me about the issues, what he said on the phone it was going to cost was totally different than what I was charged, and of course the recording - you never hear me repeating the cost just me saying yes to do the work - AMAZING. ALSO when I take my jeep to other dealerships for service, they run it through the carwash, not here the Jeep was dirty and the engine looked like it was never worked on they didn't even wipe anything off - I will not be back nor recommend them for service to anyone. More
do not EVER buy a car from Daytona Auto Mall CHRYSLER/Dodge/Jeep dealership... The service dept. keeps refusing to return our calls. Finally they called to say they found the problem and ordered the part.. After repeated, repeated, repeated calls, and speaking to the manager, they finally admitted the part is on back order.. I have Dr appointments I have been scrounging rides to get to... NOT ACCEPTABLE. More

I brought in my 2011 Ram 1500 that has 325,000 miles for service. Truck has been excellent but had developed several issues over time that needed attention. Ask the service writer Paul Swartout to please ke service. Truck has been excellent but had developed several issues over time that needed attention. Ask the service writer Paul Swartout to please keep it running. He went to work and ordered the need parts to get me back on the road. All the work was completed and several other issues were addressed. My truck is back on the road and ready for more miles. A big THANKS to Paul and the different mechanics that worked on my truck!! When buying a vehicle the staff is very attentive, however after purchasing the service that one receives is sorely lacking. The service department is terrible on many levels.
