Always a pleasure getting service at Dayton Toyota. If I take off from work for routine maintenance (I live within 10 miles) I get shuttle service home and back to pick up the car. Never had to bring the vehicle back after any work. Been using Dayton service for 2.5 years. Very pleased. More

I gave my Car for check up Toyota Dayton pays full attention to their Customers. Last week I came across with a minor repair work with my Sienna 2012. I gave my Car for check up. There was a problem in Right side Sliding Door. They checked thoroughly and returned my Car in 4 days after completing the work up to my satisfaction. They gave a Loaner Car Camry 2019 for 4 days & didn’t charge a single penny. I can say Toyota is the Best. Imdad More

I recently purchased new tires and while they were attentive calling and sending texts regarding their service this stopped when I raised an issue. I received a text seeking feedback on service quality and I responded by advising that the rims on all 4 wheels were scratched from removal of the old tires and mounting the new tires. I included photos of this however never received an acknowledgement or response to the issue. More
