He carefully listened to my description about the repair needed. He ingeniously find a solution to the repair in a way that save the time (a couple of days for the part) and the resulting cost. Over the years I've purchased 5 new Toyota vehicles from Dayton Toyota -- three 4Runners The short answer is I like doing business with Dayton Toyota. Over the years I've purchased 5 new Toyota vehicles from Dayton Toyota -- three 4Runners and two LandCruisers. People on the Sales side were always professional, accommodating, eager-to-please, and the price was always where it needed to be to make a fair deal. Similarly, the Service Department is very easy to work with. There are NO price surprises nor extraneous charges. Charges for all services are made crystal clear prior to the work being performed. Appointments are easily scheduled, Service Managers are welcoming, professional, knowledgeable, respectful, and accommodating. Special Recognition to Jyoti Restrepo and to Hazel Otarola, who most recently oversaw the service performed on our 6th Toyota. In my direct experience, the Service Technicians have completed the job(s) properly and when promised. My only' "Could-Do-Better" suggestion is to change the channel on the television in the Waiting Room to FOX Business or CNBC. More
Overcharged The manager did not informed me of what it would cost to check out the noise on my tires. The representative seem to be a new employee. I was charged $192.09 for rotation of my tires and to inform me that my tires are worn down on the edges. To leave the dealership with almost $200 less in my pocket and the only work that was done was the rotation of my tires seems to be very expensive. It was $140 to tell me that my tires are worn. It was $29.95 for inspection & rotation of tires. It was $10.20 supplies/disposal, which I don't know what was disposed because I only had tires rotated It was $11.94 tax $192.09 and I only had a tire rotation. More

I come back because Dayton Toyota does not try to oversell service I have been servicing my 2006 Highlander and 2009 Camry for years at Dayton Toyota. I come back because Dayton Toyota does not try to oversell services to me. They only point out what must be done to keel the cars reliable. My most recent service was no different. Jyoti Restrepo was outstanding with her attention to details and customer care. I have provided a loaner for the entire time when my car was being serviced. Will be back for sure. More
