After working in the luxury car business for 5 years I never expected a service department to be so incompetent. I brought in my Tacoma with 1100 miles on it to have a steering problem diagnosed. To my dismay I was told that all because of a frame coating that my truck is not within factory specifications. I was told there was spray all over my belts, and they would not be able to assist. However, when I brought my truck home I put it on my lift to see if these claims were true. False. Terrible customer service. More

New Car Buying Experience I have used Dayton Toyota as my go to place for my 5,000 mile checkup since 2015. On November 11th, I was at Dayton Toyota to have my 2005 Toyota Cam I have used Dayton Toyota as my go to place for my 5,000 mile checkup since 2015. On November 11th, I was at Dayton Toyota to have my 2005 Toyota Camry XLE serviced and checked over. I had over 200,000 miles on my Camry and was thinking of buying a new car. While my car was being serviced, I walked into the showroom and was greeted by a warm hello from Mark Zupko. He asked if I needed help and that is when I made up my mind to test drive a Camry LE and a Rav4. Mark took me on the test drives and explained the mechanical, performance, safety and convenience of each vehicle. Mark is a very professional and knowledgeable sales person. I had a family event to attend in the early afternoon and Mark and Brian Hyneman (Financial Services Manager), streamlined my purchase of my new Camry LE in a timely manner. I will continue to go to Dayton Toyota for the maintenance on my new car as I found the employees do not push you into any repair just for the sake of doing a repair. I am very happy with my new Toyota Camry! More
