Declining Service I have been a customer of the Dayton Toyota service department for about 10 years. I always felt they were honest about the needs for my cars. As of I have been a customer of the Dayton Toyota service department for about 10 years. I always felt they were honest about the needs for my cars. As of late, the service has been quickly declining. From repeated service suggestions (after they have already fixed and I've paid), to what appears to be "fake" issues. My tire light was on. I took the car in and they said I needed a new sensor. After getting the new sensor, the tire light went on again a week later and I woke up to a completely flat tire. I have started to take my cars outside of Toyota due to their ridiculous prices for things that my car didn't even need. Very disappointing. More

I find the technicians who work on the cars extremely knowledgeable and the cars are always kept in touch shape. The service staff who greet and direct cars upon entering the service garage are always polite and helpful. A special shout out to Jyoti Restrepo. We have dealt with Jyoti before with our cars. She is a model employee and should be recognized for her superb customer service skills. She goes out of her way to demonstrate patience to a middle age lady like me when explaining things and is extremely knowledgeable. I hope that you appreciate what a gem you have in her because she is the front end to your business and shines such a positive light on Dayton Toyota. More
With an appointment it took about one and a hours for an oil change. when the car was finished it had grease all over the inside of the Door and on the floor mat when returned. I was not happy and would hav oil change. when the car was finished it had grease all over the inside of the Door and on the floor mat when returned. I was not happy and would have been able to go to a local service station and had it done in 1/3 the time and the car would have been returned clean. More
