I brought my 2006 Toyota rav 4 in for recall service. They washed my car afterwards also! My son drives this car and the only thing I realized was that my rear wiper was ripped and flapping around and I They washed my car afterwards also! As usual the service area was clean, the customer waiting area was neat and well kept and the service was prompt. The only problem I had was that I used a coupon which included a car wash and the car wash w area was neat and well kept and the service was prompt. Bob greeted me warmly. He explained work to be done & had an additional remote configured for my daughter's Corolla, Price in the remote was on the high side. My overall experience was escellent. I am not a local resident to the Dayton Toyota area, I am from Orange County NY. I was traveling to Jamesburg NJ for my job on Monday, January 14, 2013 and started having car trouble while traveling the NJ from Orange County NY. I was traveling to Jamesburg NJ for my job on Monday, January 14, 2013 and started having car trouble while traveling the NJ Turnpike. Check engine light came on (had just fueled car the day before figured that was the reason). Car was losing power and felt like it would stall. I arrived to work and spoke with a coworker whose husband works at the dealership Jeffrey Marcus and he said I could bring me car over immediatley. I was very nervous driving the car, and I explained to Tom Kozak the problems that I was having and he said he was check my car out ASAP. I was notified by 11:15 what was wrong with the car and what was necessary to fix it. At 12:30 I was called that the car was finished. I greatly appreciate the assistance received from your dealership. In the event that I happen to relocate to the area on a permenant basis Dayton Toyota will be my dealership of choice for service of my 2005 Toyota Avalon.
