Over that time period we have purchased or leased nine vehicles from from four different salesmen. All of who have been kind, courteous, and knowledgeable (some more than others). Our most recent purchase was a 2016 Prius Four Touring, which we love, and think is an outstanding vehicle. This was sold to us by Jeffrey Marcus, who was very professional, and always has the customer's best interest at heart. Even when a mistake was made in the quoted price, Jeffrey accepted full responsibility and made sure everything was right for us. I also would like to give xxxxxxto Mike Dooley, and Tom Kozak who always provide excellent, courteous and professional care and service to all customers to insure that they are completely satisfied. One of the main reasons that we have keep coming back to Dayton Toyota has mainly been the their service department. Keep up the great work! More

Worst Toyota dealership. This dealership has officially surpassed any other business when it comes to giving THE WORST possible customer service. I was given a run around for This dealership has officially surpassed any other business when it comes to giving THE WORST possible customer service. I was given a run around for my repairs and the staff was rude and not assisting at all. Day 1 when I left my car at the service center for a repair, I HAD to call and ask the salesman if my car was done or what then next process would be. Service team member Christian was EXTREMELY rude to me on the phone and in person and didn't even let me speak or explain the issues I was having. After making 4 appointments for 1 repair and still not getting my cars job done, I decided it was best for me the approach another dealership. I am a very understanding person and have worked in customer service in the past so I know some customers can be a nuisance, however, this was a simple job and this team failed to deliver. Just a warning to everyone else planning to go here, there guys are by far the worst, won't recommend this location to ANYONE. Thank you. More

Terrible service experience I waited more then few weeks before he got back to me. And I called four times in between to make an appointment to get something fixed. finally after I waited more then few weeks before he got back to me. And I called four times in between to make an appointment to get something fixed. finally after all this time, when I got there to get the work done, he gave me really filthy car as a loaner to drive and he would refuse to give me another car. Regular service appointment plus tires I had my regular service appointment (45000 miles) which was scheduled very easily. Turns out I needed new tires.
