Exceptional Service at Dayton Toyota Your team is great the service is amazing, I am so happy to get my car washed into the bargain AND all in under an hour. You are all doing a great job, wifi is easy to access, I got bagels and coffee for breakfast, the waiting area is comfortable, I never knew it could be so good. Thank you all. More

A dishonest leader is incapable of leading an honest team. I took my car here for service on multiple occasions. Each time something went wrong, either the warranty was not honored or they refused to take resp I took my car here for service on multiple occasions. Each time something went wrong, either the warranty was not honored or they refused to take responsibility. I took my car for them to see if it was running well because my son was going away to college. I was told everything was fine. The engine seized 300 miles later the very next day, I was told by the owner of Toyota that they would make it right (offered me 1000 bucks). I contacted Toyota Corporate and they investigated. This dealer told them I brought them the car with the engine already seized. Not sure how I was able to do that. Nonetheless took them to court and they stated that their had to be some type of defect with the engine and it wasn't there fault. The irony of it all I had extended warranty when I first complained about the noise of the engine, but only was given an oil change and sent on my way. Avoid this dealer at all cost because if they will lie to avoid paying money they will. More

EASY PEASY! Came in for my 10 month service check. Was told it may take up to 75 min.but I was out of there in under an hour. That's' what u call service! The Came in for my 10 month service check. Was told it may take up to 75 min.but I was out of there in under an hour. That's' what u call service! The service staff were friendly & professional. The service rep Doug who processed my auto, answered my questions satisfactory & explained what service was to be performed & afterwards discussed when I need to return with my auto. In addition, the wait area was comfortable & offered coffee & fresh bagels etc. Overall my experience was great! More
