Service Experience on October 27, 2018 I brought my 2010 Toyota Corolla into the dealership for a recall on the airbag and the service I got was AMAZING!! I have dealt with Jody before and I brought my 2010 Toyota Corolla into the dealership for a recall on the airbag and the service I got was AMAZING!! I have dealt with Jody before and she has always been polite, professional and accommodating but this time she went way above and beyond. I noticed on my way over that my inspection expired on October 31. I had forgotten all about it and since I work in New York it is very difficult for me to have that done other than on a Saturday. I asked if I could have it done as part of the service. She said unfortunately you guys do not do state inspections but she actually had one of the techs take it for the inspection (since the DMV is right down the road) before they did the service. That way above and beyond and so much appreciated. That is why I will never buy a Toyota from anyone else. I also liked that they topped off the fluids and checked the tire pressure as part of the service. You guys are AMAZING!! I have told all my friends. Thank you for everything!!! More
Wonderful! I have visited Dayton Toyota several times since my move to NJ. Each visit for needed maintenance work on both my Camry and Ravi 4 has been Fantastic. This last visit I was helped by my Service Advisor, Doug Benci was once again, as professional as expected. In fact, all whom I have had the pleasure of working with at Dayton have been excellent so please keep up the great work, and by chance any one reading this, will not be disappointed in the service, smiles, and in my opinion honesty, you'll receive at Dayton Toyota! Thank God it was Friday What can be better than spending an early Friday morning having your car serviced? I'll tell you - having nice fresh bagels & muffins with the option What can be better than spending an early Friday morning having your car serviced? I'll tell you - having nice fresh bagels & muffins with the option of either cream cheese or butter! The easy to use coffee dispenser makes funny noises but does produce a real cup of steaming hot coffee. add half & half with a choice of sweeteners & who needs DD. Now sit sit & relax with a free newspaper & wait for your BTW visit from one of the service people who amazingly have a terrific smile when they tell you everything was OK but.......So you need new tires & a few filters who cares? It was relaxing in the comfy chairs leaving poppy seeds and butter spots on page 1 of the papers it was a delightful experience topped off with a free car wash. More

Not a friendly staff and service is super expensive. I took my car there with many problems, they gave me 50% higher estimate to fix those problems than another Toyota i had ask. Guy who I dealt with was I took my car there with many problems, they gave me 50% higher estimate to fix those problems than another Toyota i had ask. Guy who I dealt with was rude, didn't wanted to listen to me. I had problem with my Audio system, which is not fixed and they didn't even mentioned anything why they can't fix it. Oil change is another thing, again very expensive. I would not recommend anyone to go there for service. Never been to sales department, maybe it is good but after this incident I don't feel like to go there. More
tire replacement` Brought my car in because the tire gauge lit up on the dashboard. Turned out there was a nail in my tire.
