I had a bad time from the beginning and don't ask me why I went through with the purchase of my new Truck. First thing was sales: I asked for all stickers and wording to be removed from the truck before I went through with the purchase of my new Truck. This was not done and the reason was the salesman didn't think I really wanted it removed and then put Dayton's name and address with phone number in white letters on the tail gate of my new Black truck. Next was the paper work that kept getting messed up. ie. he added in a Van that I drove in as a trade in even though I told him repeatedly that it was not a trade in. Then tried to raise the price of the truck up $2,000 for something that was not agreed to in the first place. Next was financing: All I can say here is that I had a check for the truck in hand the next day when I went to pick up the truck and was told that the Financing person wanted to talk with me. He told me that he had a hard time finding someone to finance me and that he worked very hard to get me financed. My credit score at that time was 782 and I do not to this day miss any payments for anything I buy. I showed him my check and told him I never asked for a loan. and I was promptly called a SOB But it only took about 10 seconds to very nicely explain with the purchasing manager by my side that I never asked for a loan. and that being called a SOB was not the right thing for someone to do. I did get an apology but I at this time was not a happy camper. Back to sales: They did take the truck to the body shop to have the stickers and writing removed. but when the truck was brought back out to me it was scratched all up one side and down the other. razor blades are not what we should use to remove Vinyl graphics from a New Truck. Someone should tell them. I dealt with the Service department and the body shop and the story is all the same. More
Brought my truck in with a diesel issue. Got it fixed in a short time. Matt stayed in contact with me the hole time updating me through out the day. Fast and friendly service at a great price. This dealer is the worst ever. I have never been treated so poorly in my life. I purchased two vehicles from them, and was considering purchasing a third. I had my BMW 525i cooling system flushed with the BG products here and they were great! I've been here several times before but this is the 1st time i let them touch my personal car. Thank you Ron! These people are stupid. No, really folks, stooopid. We walked out and drove 20 minutes over the bridge to Jerry Ulm. Happy people, great deal, was in and out in an hour. Which is why they sold a vehicle and Dayton Andrews has a lot full of vehicles they won't be able to give away. We will never go to Dayton Andrews again. More
VERY RUDE! Absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE skills what so ever! I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy! I will be reporting the situation to the BBB as well! This is not that case at this dealership nor with the TWO folks I dealt with. I was told their side of the story and I was told I could say yes or no and that was it! More
