Terrible Service for 3 Reasons Gave me a trade-in offer $1000 less than competitors. Ran my credit without my consent. But worst of all: salesman was knowingly selling the same car to two people in their office at the same exact time. As I walked out money in hand and disappointed, there he was taking other customers to test drive the car I had paperwork for 5 minutes prior. Shameful service, won't go back. More

Sales man was courteous but manager a game player I was in the market fora pre-owned mid sized SUV with 40K or less mileage and found ads on the dealer website in my price range fro Dodge Journeys. 3 I was in the market fora pre-owned mid sized SUV with 40K or less mileage and found ads on the dealer website in my price range fro Dodge Journeys. 3 were of interest and 1 was ruled out as a "smoker" the stunk severely when i got in. The one I zeroed in on was clean and in good condition and when i tried to make a deal the manager would not quote me a price on a deal that would include my trade in. he gave me a price range of 2 to 3 K for it. He took my keys and examined the vehicle but would not give a specific trade in value unless I committed to buy on the spot. I declined but was assured a deal could be made with in that price range for the trade in. When I returned after examining other deals at other dealers suddenly my trade in was only worth $1000. The asking price for the suv was severely inflated and "the internet special price" was not special at all but in the mid range of the Kelly Blue Book value. NO deal for me. More

He contacted me both by email and telephone upon my entering the Dayton Andrews website to research both new car availability and trade-in allowance. Through these contacts we were able to set up a mutually agreeable time to meet and review my needs and wishes. I was able to find a vehicle that met my expectations and all necessary paperwork was completed in an efficient and timely manner. 3-1/2 hours later I was leaving the Dealership in my new Dodge Charger! Loved the Body Shop for my BMW I was a little leary of bringing my BMW to this dealer but the Progressive office was right there and i got to see the kind of work they did. And since the work was guaranteed, "what could i lose?", i thought. So i did and boy am i glad. You'd never know the front bumper was completely replaced with the grill and the hood straightened. Worst. Service. Department. Ever. Short Version: I Worst. Service. Department. Ever. Short Version: I brought my Dodge Nitro in for A/C repairs 3 months ago... I just had to go back for the 3rd comp Worst. Service. Department. Ever. Short Version: I brought my Dodge Nitro in for A/C repairs 3 months ago... I just had to go back for the 3rd compressor in 3 months! Long Version: Customer "service" here is the worst. I brought my car in for some A/C work, they replaced the compressor and days later had to replace it again because it was faulty. Days after that it stopped working AGAIN. Now they had to replace my evaporator. While they had my car for a week they felt it was ok to toss my brand new in dash DVD player around the shop floor and scratched it all up. Since it was literally a week old, I still had the receipt, did they cut me a check to fix their mistake? No. They had me buy myself a replacement out of pocket, give them the receipt for that one and wait 2 weeks for a check. While they had my car for a week I had to get a rental, which my warranty covers so that should be simple and painless... was it? No. They sent the PO to the wrong branch so I was charged for the rental even though my warranty had already paid Dayton Andrews. I then had to wait 2 weeks for a refund from the car renter. Because of mistakes made by the "service" department I was out hundreds of dollars for weeks on top of the cost of the repairs. Now, that should have been enough to keep me away but unfortunately, the A/C went out AGAIN less than 2 months later. I had to bring it back to them because it should still be under warranty. It was the compressor again. 3rd one in 3 months. So, they had to order one, said it would be 3 days. A week later I got a return phone call (from the MANY voice mails I left) and they still didn't have the compressor! In fact, the voicemail said the tech working on my car wouldn't be available Saturday so I should wait till next saturday... that would be close to 3 weeks with no AC in FL in August. I'm out! Done. Cancel that order! Do not call me! I'd rather go somewhere else and pay for a new compressor than deal with these people. They are the worst. THE WORST!!!!!!!!!! Stay away!!! More
