Transmission Issue I have a cod start issue where the vehicle lunges forward. The Service employees are incompetent and lazy. Especially the Serivce Mgr Gary and the Service Dir Ron. How they have service related jobs is amazing. I called Chrysler and opened a case. It's been open awhile now. Chrysler said I had to call the dealer and get the name or contact the District Mgr. Gary, said he could not give me that info but he could take my info and give it the District Mgr. A week passes and still no contact so I leave Gary, Ron and Keith, the GM messages. I also called Chrysler again. I was told that Ron would call me back. Ron calls and says I would not get a call from the District Mgr, they could not duplicate the problem and that without any check engine lights on, they cannot help. Its a 2015 Grand Cherokee Laredo. The issue started after my first oil change at the dealership with 5,550 mile on the vehicle. It is amazing that the dealer and the manufacturer simply will not take ownership or responsibility and will continue to give you the run around. I am not going to waste my time about their service employees. What a joke Do not buy or service here - unless you have unlimited time on your hands and like interacting with the incompetent!! More

Great purchase I was not expecting to purchase a car today. After speaking with Mike Villa for a few minutes I realized I had someone who had my best interests in mi I was not expecting to purchase a car today. After speaking with Mike Villa for a few minutes I realized I had someone who had my best interests in mind. He was extremely helpful and patience. I ended up getting the car I wanted, at the price I wanted ,and Mike made the process easy. I have, and will again, recommend Dayton Andrews to friends and family. More
The service department are MAJOR scam artist Took my car in for an oil change before a lengthy road trip to a family reunion out of state. They informed me that there was a fluid oozing and dripping from the underside of the car. (Funny. It is garage kept and there in not a drop of any fluid on the garage floor). They wanted to run a test ($118) to find out what kind of fluid it is. and two other things that they wanted to do to a total bill of between $400 and $500. I raced and did a lot of auto repairs in the 60's so who are they kidding. These are people who would scam their own mothers. BEWARE of this dealership or at least the service department. I would not recommend them to anyone. More
Service Department was HORRIBLE. Dropped off my 1 year old Jeep Wrangler for a new battery as mine tested at 10.6 Volts. They refused to replace the battery knowing a charge was only a temporary fix. The service manager, Mike, told me that's what roadside assistance is for. As expected, I was stranded with my kids and pregnant wife this weekend. I had to spend $190 on a new battery to get us all home and some peace of mind. $40,000 on a new Jeep less than 14 months ago and we were told use roadside assistance when we breakdown next. I drive by Ferman Jeep every time I go to Dayton Andrews. By default, Ferman Jeep has now won my $$$$, wether it be for service or my next Jeep. More

I called about activating a back up camera and was quoted they could do it for $59. In 1/2 an hour. When I got there no one knew what I was talking about. The service person said because I had an aftermarket camera they didn't know if they could activate it. I then showed him step by step instructions on how to do it. I was embarrassed for him. They refused to touch it for less than $118 weather they connected it or not!crappy experience for me, and I think for them also. Dimwitts... More

Fail to pay for damages caused by Mechanics mistake Mechanic replaced the timing belt upon his recommendation and placed it around the wrong pulley causing bent valves in the engine.
