YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOUR DISCEPTION! less than 60 days ago we purchased a used 2011 dodge ram power wagon from this dealership. what a NIGHTMARE from start to finish. we have never be less than 60 days ago we purchased a used 2011 dodge ram power wagon from this dealership. what a NIGHTMARE from start to finish. we have never been so exhausted and disapointed buying a chrysler product in our lifetime! the vehicle had never been cleaned to start with. the sales person and finance signing person were rude and pushy. every question we asked was answered with a NO . THE VEHICLE WAS NEVER PREPED FOR SALE yet we were charged $648.75 dealer prep fee just to start our disapointment. back in feb of 2018 my wife had been diasgnosed with possibly having breast cancer. we decided that we should should buy another vehicle that was dependable to go back and forth to docters and hospitals because some of them were a great distance from our home. as in the past we put our trust in the dodge ram quad cab 4x4. this would be our 4th ram truck . how disapointed we are with this one. LET ME TELL YOU: A 2 HOUR DRIVE ONE WAY TO PICK UP VEHICLE FOR STARTERS. i get there - no gas in truck for test drive- 30 min later -a one block test drive only allowed. i told all involved i had to home by 1:30 pm to make dr appt. upon lot check i noticed a pass taillight out. i was told 2HOURS TO FIX. THIS WAS AT 10:30 AM.then i asked for the 630 owners manual for this power wagon so i could figuor out how to operate and properly maintain this vehicle. i was told NO. THEN I ASKED FOR THE REMOTE CONTROL CORD FOR THE FRONT FACTORY installed winch. i was told NO. i then asked why a low pressure tire symbol was showing on the instrument panel. i was told it WILL GO AWAY. IT DID NOT AND STILL HASNT as of today may 26 2018. i was wore out at this point and had to be home shortly which they were well aware of. after the nightmare paper signing i proceded with the 2 hour drive home to get my wife to her dr appt on time. on a very HOT day this week we had a another dr appt and my wife asked me to turn on the A/C in our new truck and guess what. NO AIR CONDITIONING! after her appt we stopped at a REPUTABLE dodge dealer to find out why. they found at least 6 things wrong with our truck that should have never left DAYTON ANDREWS DODGE of ST. PETE FLA in this condition! FIRST!- NO AC - LOW TIRE- BAD RIGHT FRONT TPS SENSOR - LOOSE BOLTS ON WATER PUMP - EXHAUST MANIFOLD LEAKING WITH BROKEN BOLTS1 - FRONT CV JOINT AT DIFFERENTIAL LEAKING FLUID - BURNT AND BLACKENED PASS SIDE MIRROR - K&N OIL FILTER. THIS IS NOT A MOPAR INSTALL SO THEY NEVER CHANGED THE OIL AND FILTER! THE OVERFLOW COOLANT CONTAINER WAS EMPTY - THE WINDSHEILD FLUID WAS EMPTY AND THE REAR OF THE EXHAUST SYSTEM WAS HELD UP WITH PLASTIC ZIP TIES! ARE YOU KIDDING ME - ZIP TIES. I WILL BE AWAITING the return of my $648.75 DEALER PREP FEE plus the interest on the loan immediately! then a check for $ 1700.00 to fix our A/C. ALSO $400.00 FOR A NEW MIRROR- 4 new tps sensors - and $ 375.00 TO REPAIR THE EXHAUST PROPERLY. YOU WILL WILL ALSO AUTHORIZE MY DEALERSHIP OF CHOICE TO REPAIR THE EXHAUST MANIFOLD LEAKS AND FRONT DIFFERENTIAL AT NO COST WHAT SO EVER TO US! NO BUTS! HOW HUMILLIATED WE FEEL FOR WHAT YOU SOLD US AND LET US DRIVE THAT VEHICLE OFF YOUR LOT IN THAT CONDITION! we are going to allow 7 DAYS for complete satisfaction. after that we will be sending out this info to FIAT CHRYSLER and and their financial affilliates A.S.A.P signed B.
