Worst experience I have ever had servicing my jeep. I had my jeep towed here after it died on the freeway. They look at it, and tell me there is nothing they can do the engine is locked up. It’s worth I had my jeep towed here after it died on the freeway. They look at it, and tell me there is nothing they can do the engine is locked up. It’s worth nothing unless I get a new engine for 15k. I go to get it towed to another mechanic. I go to get my keys from Stewart who was my service tech and he tells me he will keep it until the tow truck gets there even though I had already paid for my vehicle. The service department left before the tow truck got there and they put my car in a lot where tow trucks are not allowed to be. He didn’t call or text me that he was leaving. I had an extra key and while we are trying to get my car out we get yelled at and told we are not allowed to take the car because I had not paid yet. They wasted hours or my time and my money. Don’t waste your time taking your jeep there. It’s the second time I have had a bad experience with them. They won’t go the extra mile and they will waste your time. More
