After numerous broken promises, several thousand dollars in repairs and a still barely operable vehicle, I was informed by MVD today, while trying to renew registration, that they illegally reported it as an "abandoned title" and put the title back in their name. MVD advised reporting to BBB and AZ Attorney General, as this is an illegal practice. They are investigating the 3rd Party MVD company (Sonoran Title) as well. RUN from these crooks! With any luck, AZ Attorney General's Office will soon put them out of business and prevent them from conducting business in this State. More

I asked when they opened so I could be there right at that time. A little later that night, Kathleen called me back and told me not to come by until 11:30am, as she had a dentist appointment. I showed up to her dealership right at 11:30, only to be told that the truck had been sold to someone else. I was very upset as we had an appointment to look at that truck. The salesman got upset with me because I was upset at the situation. We calmed down and went inside to discuss the situation with Kathleen. She did absolutely nothing helpful in resolving the situation and did not even apologize for wasting our time or gas (we had to drive across the valley to get to them). The salesman tried to sell us a different truck, but at this point, we had no interest in doing business with them. My son told them that this was bad business and the salesman started getting an attitude with us again, after telling us that any large dealership would have done the same thing. This is simply not true, as we have recently purchased two brand new Honda CRVs and were treated like royalty at Superstition Honda. At one point, right before we left, the salesman informed us that they don't actually need to sell cars, that they could go an entire year without selling any cars, and that they had "staying power". We finally decided to leave and will never do business with "Day N Night Auto Group". Maybe they should rename the business to "Fly by Night Auto Group", because with an attitude like that, they won't be in business much longer. More

We purchased a 2005 Mercury Mountaineer from Day N Night in Tempe that was just about as clean as a brand new car. It runs beautifully and we got it for a very reasonable price. The best part was working with Kathleen and Steve who made the whole process so quick and easy, it was amazing. This was such a pleasant departure from the dreaded nightmare of working with a dealer to haggle over price and terms and then dealing with the mountains of paperwork and hours of wasted time. I always leave a dealership with an uneasy feeling, wondering if I got the best deal, or if I just got taken. Day N Night is a small family run business with good honest people. I left completely happy. I will definitely be purchasing all future vehicles there and will highly recommend them to friends and family. I just wish I had known about this place sooner. More
