She has kept in contact with me on a monthly basis since my purchase, to ensure that everything is still going okay. When I was due for my first service visit, I stopped by and she directed me to a gentleman with an excellent personality (Bald, Caucasian, w/ beard) to make an appointment.I am so ashamed that I cannot remember his name....ugggh, but I want to say its JAMES! He was so much fun to talk to. He set me up with an appointment to have my car serviced (that was on a Wednesday or Thursday); we had a very entertaining conversation while he processed my appointment time, although it didn't take long at all...LOL. My service appointment was scheduled for the Wednesday of following week, and he was going to be able to have one of the service guys pickup my car, which was a plus for me!!! By that Saturday, I didn't think that I would make it to the Wednesday, without exceeding my 5000 miles, because I had made last minute plans to go out of town that weekend, so I stopped by on Saturday, expressing that I already had an appointment, but needed to change it. Ms. Shalanda Levy assured me that it was no inconvenience to do so, and she processed my new appointment time, within a minute, by the time we finished talking about how nice the weather was for that day, she was done! She then explained where I should drive when I came to drop off my car to have it serviced. When I returned on Wednesday, I was greeted by "James," and again he was a joy to talk to. When I asked about detailing, he said that he would take care of that too, while I waited....now that really was a great plus, because I live on a dirt road, and that week I hadn't had the time to get my car detailed yet!!! So, my overall experience thus far, has been EXCELLENT!!!! Thank you to all of the associates! Even the ones who smiled and made small talk (Bubba, Curtis, & Morris)! We broke down with our new car. Transmission was bad Had to be replaced Was given a loaner car right away. Toyota paid for our hotel and food. Your service department is exceptional!!! Shalanda Levy is a great asset to your service department. I had 3 vehicles serviced in the past weeks and I can truthfully say she is the most pleasant public se is a great asset to your service department. On the first visit with my 2013 Camry she offered me the lifetime oil/tire rotation for life....which will be a huge savings in the years to come. I took advantage of this offer on all 3 vehicles.
