Incomplete job left vehicle in a dangerous condition I had work done that required removal of the steering column. The bolt that connects the steering shaft was left loose by the mechanic. 2006 Chrysler 300M Recall Work After receiving my notice for a recall for the driver side airbag replacement, I stopped by to schedule the work. After checking in, they estimated ju After receiving my notice for a recall for the driver side airbag replacement, I stopped by to schedule the work. After checking in, they estimated just over an hour to complete the work. To my surprise it took only 45 minutes and they washed the car as well. Poor customer service I purchased a one year service contract with Davis-Moore and had two visits remaining. I sold the car and took my new car in for service and a complet I purchased a one year service contract with Davis-Moore and had two visits remaining. I sold the car and took my new car in for service and a complete evaluation. I was told that my contract is non-transferable to the new car although there is nothing in the contract (invoice #541149) that spells that out. The service tech gave me Chrysler's generic phone number on a sticky note with the advice that "if I called them and bitched enough they might able to help". The result is that I am out $54 but they will be out several thousand dollars in sales and service during my lifetime. More

It was a good experience. Matt was very friendly and the service dept. is very efficient. I was told it would take about 45 minutes and I was in and out in less than that time! Also, it's always nice when they offer to wash your car when you bring it in to get serviced! More

Learning and Teaching I have always used this dealership for my cars, this time around it was a 10, ( and it's usually a 9 or 10) but I had to learn about some new things w I have always used this dealership for my cars, this time around it was a 10, ( and it's usually a 9 or 10) but I had to learn about some new things with my car/tires, But I had to tell Mr. Peters there is a way to explain things to women. Sometimes we just don't get it like Guys. I'm hoping we will have a better understanding, I will continue to use Davis-Moore but we will learn and teach each other how it's suppose to work. More women will come if you keep it simple. More
