I used to feel that I could about this agency but something has changed with how the employees interact with customers. More
Service Department I have used them twice in the past two months and both times they didn't fulfill my service requests. The first time they were supposed to fix my bac I have used them twice in the past two months and both times they didn't fulfill my service requests. The first time they were supposed to fix my back-up camera and do an oil change. They called me a few hours later and said it was ready for pick-up and talked to me about ordering a new camera, but didn't mention the oil change. We went to pick it up and inquired about the oil change and they forgot to do it. They did it later that day and then forgot to call us to tell us it was done and ready for pick-up. We called the following afternoon and they realized they never called us to tell us it was done and ready for pick-up and still on their lot. The second experience was today and they were replacing the back-up camera that had been ordered and replacing the battery in the key fob. We dropped it off and they called about an hour later and said it was ready for pick up. We went to pick it up and they informed us that they broke the pins holding the camera in place and they would need to order them in and it would need to come back for those to be replaced. We checked out and realized they hadn't replaced the battery in the key fob, so we ran back in and they handed us a package of batteries to change them on our own. Extremely frustrated that I can't get good service. More

The heater UPDATED FROM ORIGINAL REVIEW Davis-Moore recently stepped up to assist me with my 2013 Jeep Wrangler Sahara's persistent heater problem. The heater had not worked properly for most of the life of the Jeep. I was frustrated that after multiple attempts to fix the problem, it persisted. Ultimately, the service manager worked with me to find a solution. While I wish it would not have had to elevate due to a complaint, I am satisfied with my most recent interaction and am confident that a solution has been implemented. More
Recall I bought a Dodge Avenger from this dealership in Wichita ks brand new in 2014. Andrew was great to work with and so we're the other guys. Overall I've had a pleasant experience with this dealership; however, when I went in for the recall on my car to be fixed the woman at the service desk was rude and not helpful at all. Then when I went to pick up my car I was not impressed at all. I usually keep cough drops, sunscreen, a comb, and my phone charger just normal stuff that most women keep in their car. I keep all of those things in my center console in case I ever am in need of them. When I got back in my car all of that stuff was scattered all over my passenger seat! I understand that they needed to move it to get to the part they were fixing, but isn't it common courtesy to put the stuff back rather than scatter it and leave a mess in the seat? Definitely not happy nor impressed with this visit... More

I could go someplace closer but go here. That may change. I haven't had any problems with the work they do it's their cleanliness. I went in for an oil change today and was informed I was over due for the 30K mile service, I'm at 40K now, why wasn't it brought up during the previous services? I had time and had it done. I watch other vehicles leave all nice and clean from the car wash. I see my truck is parked, no wash, the service tech came in and told me it was done and they were finishing the paper work and should get it washed. No wash, not the first time either, it's hit and miss on the car wash. R.O Open at 9:37, ready at 10:49, just over an hour for LOF, Replace passenger side air bag, tune up (replacing 6 spark plugs) and courtesy inspection which I never received a copy which makes me question if it was done. More
Awesome service! We bought our 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee last October. This spring the A/C quit working. We took it in and Matt got us a loaner. They had a hard time finding the module needed and it took several weeks. They let us have a loaner the entire time and when all was said and done, we were treated like royalty! Chrysler helped out and we are still shocked at how well we were treated! We will trade here FOREVER!! More
