Chris, our Service Manager, and you have spoken about this issue a few times and realized that it was a chip in the windshield that caused the crack. Chris, did however offer you a couple options to get the windshield replaced with us helping to cover part of the expense. Last time the two of you spoke you let Chris know you chose to have it replaced at a local Windshield shop with an inexpensive aftermarket windshield. You said that you appreciated what he had offered to help with.
